The Address Dubai Marina

With upwards of 20,000 new residential apartment units expected to arrive on the Dubai skyline in the new year, supply and demand pressures will push rents even lower. But not only for residential apartments the trend is moving to a renters market, also in the commercial and industrial properties the tenants are finally getting some relief. During this Business over Breakfast event we will focus on the real estate market in Dubai, both commercial and residential. We will get an insight in the ongoing changes towards a renters market, what the expectations are for 2018 and what effect this downward trend has for the Dutch (business) community.
We are very pleased that Mr. John Stevens, Managing Director at Asteco, Allard deMonchy, Associate Director at CBRE and Lynnette Abad, Partner at Cavendish Maxwell will join our business over breakfast as a guest speaker.

The Business over Breakfast session aim to bring together small medium enterprises to discuss and learn more about relevant topics from each other and from guest speakers. Newcomers to the U.A.E also have the opportunity to meet established entrepreneurs and profit from their knowledge and experience.Location
