New UAE E-Commerce Law Webinar
Dubai Chamber of Commerce, in collaboration with Al Tamimi & Company, is pleased to invite you to a webinar on the “New UAE E-Commerce Law”, on Wednesday, 13 December from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM GST via Zoom.
UAE has recently issued the E-Commerce Law, which came into force at the end of September 2023. This webinar will focus on the nature and the scope of work of the new law, highlight the rights and obligations of sellers and buyers, and provide insights on different aspects of the law.

He also specializes in advising on data commercialization and transactions; data protection, privacy, and enforcement; and digital commerce legal advice and solutions. In addition, David has supported clients in relation to regulatory investigations and enforcement. David has re-joined Al Tamimi & Company from Corrs Chambers Westgarth where he brings extensive practical experience and commercial insight. David’s experience in Australia and the Middle East equips him with the skills to achieve swift and favorable outcomes.
